Balcony Inspections
We can provide balcony inspections per California Senate Bills 721 and 326. With our knowledge in multi-family residential structural and waterproofing design, along with our experience evaluating existing buildings, we can provide apartment and condominium HOA’s the expertise necessary to keep their occupants safe. All apartment and condominium buildings with exterior elevated elements (balconies, walkways, exterior stairs, etc.) with three or more dwelling units must be inspected before January 1, 2025. We will make sure that your inspections are completed quickly and effectively, and at a competitive rate.
